In AZ, Notices of Trustee sale have been rapidly increasing.
There were 204 new NTS in Maricopa County last month...the highest since April of 2020, and so far this month we've already added another 174!!
The wave is coming...so are you going to paddle out and ride it in, or are you going to wait too long and get crushed by it? Had to go there...we are after all based in Huntington Beach 🙂
