2nd property was a Condo in Long Beach; estimates of value range from $316,800 to $350,000 and the property was purchase for $200,500. If someone bought either of these properties at the Trustee sale as an owner-occupant the sale is final. If not, you as an owner occupant can contact the Trustee to see if the sale was final, and if not submit your letter of intent to bid and submit your cashiers checks to the Trustee to try and pick up the property yourself.
